Training Specialist to implement and deliver internal
and external training programs. Provide individual and
small group coaching and career counseling. SME for
the dept. Create policies and procedures for dept. Assist
in assessing needs, development, review and approval
of all HR OD & Learning curriculum. Provide training
launch support for all HR programs and procedures. Travel
25-30% on average.
Software Experience Required: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint
Skills Required: Intermediate knowledge of Peoplesoft
HRMS
Technical Knowledge: Peoplesoft knowledge to conduct
skill and competency searches producing reports requested
by management. Bilingual English/Spanish
Education: MS Education, Instructional Design, Adult
Education, I/O Psychology
Yrs Experience: 2-5 Years
Experience Preferred: Pharm or regulated mfg. industry
experience in cGMP and cGLP. Previous exp. in the delivery
of training interventions to adult audiences at various
organizational levels preferred. Conducting evaluation
of training effectiveness at Level 1-4 and ROI Planning
and Training Strategy Skill.

Training/Performanace Improvement Specialist
Pharmaceutical company located in Florida is seeking
a Training/Performance Improvement Specialist to facilitate/Present
internal or vendor curriculum to target audience. Act
as Subject Matter Expert for internal curriculum design
or as a representative to training vendors or agencies.
Assist in the development, review, and approval of all
HR OD & Learning curriculum. Provide training launch
support for all HR programs and procedures. Provide

Provide training consulting services to internal and
external clients. Establish and maintain system for
ongoing information exchange between HR, OD, HR Mgt,
and other functional groups to identify and prioritize
the learning and performance needs of the company. Complete
additional assignments per request of HR OD management.

Skills Required: Can operate a large variety of AV
equipment
Education: BA/BS relevant Education field, Instructional
Design, Adult Education or I/O psychology
Experience: Experience required in pharmaceutical,
medical devices or biotech fields or similar related
industries. Experience in platform training with analysis
of business processes for the manufacturing business.
Familiar with business performance metrics. OD systems
knowledge. Requires strong facilitation and communication
skills, as well as, coaching/career counseling skills
and relationship building skills. Thorough knowledge
of training delivery theory, organizational development
theory and adult learning understanding. Must be willing
to travel 25-30% on average. Prefer ability to speak
fluently and conduct programs in English and Spanish.
Masters Degree preferred in Education field, Instructional
Design, Adult Education or I/O Psychology.

Senior Manager, Training
Responsible for improving the productivity of an organization's
employees utilizing the
Career Development Program. Responsible for the effective
development, coordination and
presentation of training and development programs for
all employees. Assess
property-wide developmental needs to drive training
initiatives. Identify and arrange
suitable training solutions for employees. Actively
search, creatively design and
implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance
and recognize
performance.
Provides assistance in identifying and evaluating skills
and work performance for all
divisions; assist in conducting needs assessments and
development of measurement
instruments for instructional assignments.
1. Develop trainer development programs and coach others
involved in training efforts,

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in education, business administration
or liberal arts or at least
five years of teaching equivalent. At least two years
of experience in a corporate or
business setting, preferably in human resources, personnel
or administration. Proven
ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
Outstanding verbal,
written, multi-tasking and presentation skills. Ability
to create momentum and foster
organizational change. Must have tertiary qualifications
in human resources, training
and development or business studies.
