EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1) Proceed to know on a personal basis, the team members

various team members are working on will be the first
step towards achieving this goal. Also, input from the
senior management team will be another critical parameter
in establishing this initial evaluation.
2) Engage the Business Development/Marketing, Program
Management, Operations and Quality Organizations to
identify their immediate, mid-term and long-term needs
with regard to Engineering support and learning about
their perception of the Engineering Organization as
it stands today and their vision for the future.
3) Establish the leadership pool and the core expertise
of each Engineer.
4) Establish a matrix-based structure that supports

- Successful execution of existing programs to the satisfaction
of the customer and beyond.

5) Establish the tools and processes (Design reviews/Toll

that enable an effective, consistent and quality oriented
execution of Engineering tasks while fully integrating
with other teams and organizations at the company. Additionally,
an equally important purpose of such processes is to
avoid "clean sheet" designs whenever possible
to minimize time and development costs.
6) Implement pilot project(s) as soon as the above
activities are complete to establish the processes above
and stimulate the Organization for further improvements.

our assets to address:
